Since all Payless products are sold and fulfilled through Amazon, returns are handled directly through your Amazon account. Go to amazon.com → 'Returns & Orders' → select your Payless order → click 'Return or Replace Items'. Amazon will provide a prepaid return label and instructions.

Most Payless items sold on Amazon can be returned within 30 days of receipt. During special promotional periods (like the holidays), Amazon may extend this window. Check the return policy listed on your specific Amazon order for exact dates.

Once Amazon receives your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email from Amazon when the refund is issued.

Amazon handles exchanges by processing a return and placing a new order. Go to 'Returns & Orders' in your Amazon account, select the Payless item, and choose 'Replace' to get the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
