I love Janine!
- I agree with most of the ladies here who say to go up a half size (I'm normally a 7.5, but the 8.0 fit better); Payless, it's not flattering for women to buy bigger shoes.
- I regret that I disagree with Pugsy [2013-05-30] regarding her "matte is more diverse" comment; plus it’s easier to pass off faux patent as genuine because faux matte/kid is conspicuously fake-looking leather, so the matte finish does make it look a $24.99 shoe.
- Payless did a good job with making the 131713-nude color not too light (although I'm light myself), but I would like to see a darker taupe patent for the autumn. Likewise, 132317-red and 132318-navy are also done well.
- Payless, please do not get rid of Janine, it is better than Karmen! My only other suggestion for consideration is to make another patent point-toe three-inch-heel pump, but with more of a set-back banana-heel instead of the recessed-heel we see here.

GREAT SHOE! (needs a wide width!)
I purchased these in navy in a size 11w. I am a true 11.5, but I love, love, love, love, love these pointed toe pumps that I'll deal with the pinching. I am so thrilled that they make it in yellow...BUT not in wide width! Boo! I would purchase one pair in every color in the wide width. I first wore these pumps with a trouser jean and flowy top. I got so many compliments on the pumps that I told at least 6 women I got them! Thanks, Payless!!

Finally comfortable is actually comfortable!!!
I'm always skeptical when a shoe with any kind of heel is labeled as "comfortable" (especially when they're reasonably priced) so I went to the store to try them on in person. I'm on my feet running back and forth all day at work and yet these remain comfortable all day! They have great support and are the right height for daily use. I'm also happy to finally be able to wear the pointed style in a way that is comfortable and doesn't squish my toes in an uncomfortable and unflattering way. I have wider feet and these fit perfect after going just a 1/2 size up. I'm in love! Can't wait to buy these in other colors!

BEST PUMP EVER!
Plain and simple, this is the most comfortable pump I have ever owned in my life.
The heel is the perfect height for everyday wear. There is just the right about of padding throughout the sock and foot bed. Toe box is the perfect width without pinching, like many pointed toe pumps. I originally ordered the yellow in store and it was a great addition to my spring wardrobe. I'm planning on ordering the Black, Nude and Gold Glitter now.
I want this pump in the line EVERY season from now on in new colors. So happy I finally found one that suits me. THANK YOU!

Best Purchase Ever!
I've bought many pairs of heels in the past but none of the compared to this one, and I'm a really short/petite person too so I like wearing really high heels like 3-6 inch heels but when I saw this shoe and tried it on it was like I was in love. Plus I'm a person that doesn't like wearing short heel shoes (Heels that aren't that high) so me liking and really wanting this shoe was an amaze to me. I definitely recommend this product because the comfort of this shoe is excellent and it looks great with jeans as well as any kind of dress. :)

Sexy & super comfortable
I'm size 8 & have no problems wearing this shoe in my true size - the pointy toe didn't require me to move up 1/2 a size. For me (I have wide feet), 1/2 size larger was too roomy & 1/2 size smaller was too tight. I bought the red patent which looks fantastic paired with slim ankle pants & pencil skirts - really classic. It's a bright red that's reminiscent of the 1980's but still very modern & versatile. Adds a great pop of color to my outfit. Looking forward to buying other colors. They're very comfortable, don't pinch or blister my feet, & I love the memory foam footbed padding. Also love that the heel is a normal height (3"), not ridiculously high & these are not platform (thank God) - I'm so sick of platform shoes everywhere. It's wonderful to see normal shoes again, shoes that I can wear happily.
