General Program Questions

What is Payless Rewards?
Payless ShoeSource is offering a free loyalty program called Payless Rewards in the US (excluding California, Massachusetts and Shopko®) which provides members a variety of benefits including exclusive offers and discounts throughout the year.

Is Payless Rewards a Points-Based Program?
No. You do not need to keep track of points. Simply join the program, identify yourself when making purchases (either by providing your phone number or email address in-store or logging into your account on Payless.com), and you will automatically receive your benefits. It's that easy! (Note: California, Massachusetts and Shopko® stores are excluded from the program.)

How Can I Enroll in Payless Rewards?
Simply visit a Payless ShoeSource store in the US (excluding California, Massachusetts and Shopko®) and tell a store associate you would like to enroll in Payless Rewards. They will ask you for some basic information, and you will be enrolled. You may also enroll in Payless Rewards by visiting payless.com/rewards.

What information must be provided to join Payless Rewards?
To become a Payless Rewards member, you will be asked for your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. Payless Rewards communications will be sent to members through a variety of channels, and it is important that we have all of this information to ensure you receive all Payless Rewards coupon offers and other communications.

If you cannot or do not want to provide this information, you will not be able to join the program, however you can still receive Payless promotional offers. To receive promotional offers through email, visit Payless.com. To receive promotional offers through text messages, visit Payless.com/mobile.

 

Payless Rewards Enrollment & Account Set Up

What is my Payless Rewards Account Number?
There is no unique Payless Rewards identification number to remember. Simply give the store associate your phone number or email address when making a purchase in any U.S. store, excluding California, Massachusetts and Shopko®. When making a purchase at Payless.com, simply login with your user name and password.

I joined Payless Rewards in a store.  How do I complete my registration online?
Simply visit payless.com/rewards and enter the email address associated with your Payless Rewards account. Follow the prompts to complete the additional information requested.

I joined Payless Rewards online.  Will I receive any information in the mail?
Customers who choose to join Payless Rewards online will not receive additional information in the mail. To receive your benefits when making a purchase in store, simply give the store associate the phone number or email address associated with your Payless Rewards account. To receive your benefits when making a purchase at Payless.com, simply login with your username and password.

How do I change my account contact information?
There are two ways to update your information:

  • Visit a Payless ShoeSource retail store in the US (excluding California, Massachusetts and Shopko® stores) and ask a store associate to update your address or phone number at the register.
  • Visit payless.com/rewards and login using the email address associated with your Payless Rewards account. Follow the prompts, update the information as needed, and select submit.

How do I cancel my Payless Rewards account?
There are two ways to cancel your Payless Rewards account, but please know we will miss you greatly.

  • Visit the Payless ShoeSource retail store where you enrolled in Payless Rewards and ask a store associate to opt you out of your Payless Rewards membership.
  • Visit payless.com/rewards login using the email address associated with your Payless Rewards account. At the top of the account information page, uncheck the box that says "Yes! I would like to remain in the Payless Rewards program."

 

Payless Rewards Purchases, Coupons & Discounts

How do I receive my Payless Rewards discounts when making a purchase at Payless.com?
You must login to Payless.com with your email address and password, so we can validate that you are a Payless Rewards member. When you select "Checkout," if you have logged into your account, your free shipping discount on purchases over $50 will automatically appear in your shopping bag if you qualify. If you need further assistance, call customer service at 1-877-474-6379 (Mon - Sat: 7:30AM - 8:00PM, Sun: 9:30AM - 8:00PM CST).

If you received a coupon in the mail, by email, or by text message, you will need to enter the coupon number into the coupon code box to receive the coupon discount.

I don't have a Payless.com account or password.  How do I create one?
Simply visit payless.com/rewards and enter the email address associated with your Payless Rewards membership. Follow the prompts to complete the additional information including password creation.

After joining Payless Rewards, when will I start receiving my coupons and special offers?
You will receive a coupon through email within an hour of enrolling in Payless Rewards. After this, Payless Rewards coupons will be sent periodically throughout the year. If it has been longer than two months since you received your last coupon through mail, email, or mobile text, make sure we have the correct mailing address, email address, and mobile phone number on file for you. You may verify this information one of two ways:

  • Visit a Payless ShoeSource store in the US (excluding California, Massachusetts and Shopko®) and ask a store associate to verify the information we have on file for you at the register.
  • Visit payless.com/rewards and enter the email address associated with your Payless Rewards account. Follow the prompts to verify and update your information as needed and click "Submit." Call customer service at 1-877-474-6379 (Mon - Sat: 7:30AM - 8:00PM, Sun: 9:30AM - 8:00PM CST).

Will I receive a special birthday offer?
Payless Rewards members will receive a special birthday offer if we have your birthday information on file. To verify this, visit payless.com/rewards and enter the email address associated with your Payless Rewards account. Verify that your birthday is populated correctly and click "Submit."

Can I receive my Payless Rewards discounts at all Payless ShoeSource locations?
As a member, you will receive Payless Rewards discounts in all U.S. stores (excluding Shopko®). You will also receive all applicable discounts when shopping online at Payless.com.

 

Payless Rewards Cards

Do I have to show my Payless Rewards card when I make purchases in a store?
You are encouraged to show your card when you make purchases in a store. However, if you forget your card, the store associate will still be able to look up your account information by entering the phone number or e-mail address associated with your membership.

How do I use my Payless Rewards card when I make purchases online at Payless.com?
The physical Payless Rewards card is not required to make purchases online at Payless.com. You must login to Payless.com with your email address and password, so we can validate that you are a Payless Rewards member. When you select "Checkout," if you have logged into your account, your free shipping discount on purchases over $50 (excluding AK and HI) will automatically appear in your shopping bag if you qualify.

If you received a coupon in the mail, by email, or by text message, you will need to enter the coupon number into the coupon code box to receive the coupon discount.

I lost my Payless Rewards card.  Can I get a new one?
Yes, simply visit any participating Payless retail store and ask the store associate for another rewards card.

I joined Payless Rewards online.  Will I receive a membership card in the mail?
Customers who join Payless Rewards online will not receive a card in the mail. To receive your benefits when making a purchase in store, simply give the store associate the phone number or email address associated with your Payless Rewards account. To receive your benefits when making a purchase at Payless.com, simply login with your username and password.
